These Terms indicate the contents of the Usage contract, and by agreeing to these Terms, you will conclude the Usage contract for the Service (hereinafter, referred to as the "Terms") and start using it. The Company will provide the Service in accordance with the Terms, the Photonary Privacy Policy, and the Photonary Guidelines, with the user who has entered into the Terms as the contractor. In order to use this service, you must agree to these terms of service and the Photonary Privacy Policy, which contains provisions regarding the handling of personal information, so be sure to check before using.
This service is prohibited for use under the age of 16. In addition, if you do not agree to these Terms, you will not be able to use this Service.

  • Article 1 (Content of services provided)

    Our company provides the services described in the Photonary Guidelines that anyone over the age of 16 can use. In addition, service contents vary depending on the usage environment.

  • Article 2 (Scope of application of these Terms)

    These Terms apply to all users who use the Service.

  • Article 3 (Changes to these Terms)

    1. The Company may change these Terms at its discretion in the following cases.

      2. Changes in these Terms are not contrary to the purpose of the contract, and are reasonable in light of the necessity for the change, the appropriateness of the content after the change, the details of the change and other changes. One day.

  • Article 4 (User definition and account creation)

    1. User of this service is a general term for users who log in to use the service (hereinafter, referred to as "Login User") and users who do not log in (hereinafter, referred to as "Guest User").
    2. A logged-in user is a user who has entered the data necessary to create an account and approved it by the company,or a user who uses this service by logging in to an account ("Member Account") created by providing necessary contents via an external service authentication system.

        When you log in to an external service, a Photonary Member Account is created. In the external service login, the ID information of each external service is encrypted and linked, so the authentication information of each service is not held in this service.The personal information of users obtained through external service login is limited to the nickname and e-mail address registered when creating a new account.
    3. A guest user is a user who uses the service without logging in to a Member Account. The first time you use as a guest user, one account (hereinafter, referred to as "Guest Account") is automatically created and assigned to each device. Use as a guest is a service using this Guest Account.
      If the user who created the Member Account uses the service without logging in to the Member Account, you are a guest user.
    4. Available functions for Member Accounts and Guest Accounts are different. Check the Photonary Guidelines for detailed function details.
    5. Use of this service by anyone under the age of 16 is prohibited. Therefore, it is forbidden for anyone under the age of 16 to create an account. In addition, if you are 16 years of age or older under the laws of your country of residence and need the consent of a guardian to register personal information, be sure to check the consent of the guardian before using it.
  • Article 5 (Addition of Member Account)

    1. This service allows you to create Member Accounts for different email addresses. To add a Member Account, follow the procedure for creating a Member Account.
    2. You agree not to create multiple Member Accounts for the purpose of exploiting the functionality of the Service.
  • Article 6 (Account Management)

    Users are responsible for managing the security of their Member Accounts and passwords. There is one guest account for each terminal using this service, the owner of the terminal agrees to manage the Guest Account.

  • Article 7 (Account deletion)

    1. Users can delete Member Accounts themselves. When you delete a Member Account, all data related to the deleted account (registration information, information on external services that the user has allowed Photonary to link to, profile information, browsing history, actions on images, and other information related to Photonary usage) are deleted or anonymized. In addition, member accounts will be deleted for each account.SO,if you delete one member account, another member account is not automatically deleted.
    2. The member account of a deceased member can be deleted and withdrawn only if the necessary information can be confirmed through contact with the deceased heritage manager or bereaved family.
    3. The Guest Account cannot be deleted.
  • Article 8 (Usage environment)

    The user shall prepare communication equipment and all other equipment necessary for using this service at his / her own expense. In addition, the user shall use the telecommunications service to connect to the server where this service exists at his own expense. In that case, the necessary procedures shall be performed at the user's own risk and expense.

  • Article 9 (Handling of personal information)

    1. The Company shall handle only the details set forth in the Photonary Privacy Policy regarding the handling of personal information of users acquired through this service.
    2. If there is a request for disclosure of sender information (poster information) in accordance with the procedure of Article 4 paragraph 1 of the Provider Liability Limitation Act due to user submission, the Company shall Perform the procedure for disclosing the information of the sender specified in Article 4 paragraph 2.
  • Article 10 (Information security)

    The inquiry form of this service supports SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). SSL is a communication method that encrypts data to be sent and received. Personal information such as your name and e-mail address that you enter when making an inquiry can be sent safely to the Company.

  • Article 11 (Intellectual Property Rights)

    1. These Terms give you only the right to use the Service, and do not give you ownership of the Service. We own the copyrights, patents, other intellectual property rights of this service, the copyrights of the content that falls under the work created within this service, and other intellectual property rights.
    2. Contents such as images (hereinafter, referred to as "published images") and text posted on this service are copyrighted unless copyright has been abandoned or copyright has expired. The author holds it.

  • Article 13 (Prohibitions)

  • Article 20 (Language)
